High street lenders move into large mortgages

There has been a significant push by high street lenders to increase home loans of £1 million or more to wealthy property buyers. After the financial crisis, the majority of the large loan market was dominated by the private banks with the high street lenders aiming to ease their loan books by refocusing on ‘lower risk’ smaller mortgages. Following last month’s successful completion of the “MoonWalk London” challenge, our team have been making headlines once again with their charity efforts. Sara Cane, a long-standing member of the Property Divas team, along with the rest of the ‘Sara N Pipa Kiss Ass 2’ fundraising group, recently took part in Watford’s Race for Life on behalf of Cancer Research UK.
